Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation at any time before your order has been shipped or a shipping label has been paid for.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will be considered a return and processed under our return policy.

Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include a receipt or proof of purchase
If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Problems and Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free repair, replacement, or exchange.
Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for voluntary returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within your payment processor’s standard timeframe.
