Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation at any time before your order has been shipped and a shipping label has been paid for.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at support@elitemaletraining.com.

Once your order has been dispatched or a shipping label has been created, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product once it has been shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

One-Year Product Warranty

Every purchase from Elite Male Training is covered by a One-Year Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as water damage.

Claiming a Warranty Repair or Replacement

If your item proves to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us right away:

  1. Contact us at support@elitemaletraining.com and provide your order number and a detailed description (and photos/video, if applicable) of the defect.
  2. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a free repair, replacement, or store credit.
  3. If a repair or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the defective item back to us.

Problems and Damages upon Arrival

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery (i.e., due to shipping error or packaging damage), contact us immediately at support@elitemaletraining.com. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, process an immediate replacement or repair under our warranty/damage process.
