  • Shipping time and carrier may vary depending on:

    • Date and time of purchase

  • You will receive shipping details and tracking information (where available) once your order has been processed and dispatched.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within several business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (such as holidays, launches, and promotions).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day, in the order they were received.


3. Shipping Times & Carriers

Because we ship from different partners worldwide, delivery times will vary depending on your region and local postal/carrier services.

Once your order has shipped, transit time will be influenced by:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Carrier service performance and any regional delays

Our policy exists because, from a management and logistical standpoint, it is extremely difficult to meet the unique and constantly evolving import rules and tax structures of every nation.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
